What can I expect from Titanic - The Exhibition
Embark on an immersive, interactive tour of the Titanic with vast, jaw-dropping recreations of the ship’s interior and exterior. Visit the dock from where the Titanic first sailed, explore the galleries and boiler room, take a look inside a millionaire’s suite, stroll the exterior promenade deck under a starry night sky, and see the Grand Staircase with your own eyes.
Where is the experience located?
The event takes place within Westfield Old Orchard shopping mall, boasting a variety of dining choices. Convenient parking is provided in the Orange Garage, and you can find the exhibition adjacent to Nando’s.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 1 hour at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
Ample parking is available on the west side of Westfield Old Orchard, located off Golf Road or Old Orchard Road. Additional parking is available in multiple parking decks. The Orange parking deck, Level 3 is closest to the exhibition, which is presented in the former Bloomingdales space.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact customer service at Submit a request –

Is coat check available?
Yes, there is coat and bag check available at the exhibition.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 4 years old will be allowed in for free.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
TICKETS
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the
Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please
contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.

Is it COVID secure and safe?
The experience is designed to be COVID safe.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Titanic: The Exhibition is committed to the health and safety of our staff and visitors. Staff and visitors are required to follow all local and state guidelines regarding Covid-19.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons. For the safety of all guests, firearms, knives, mace, or any item that could be used to inflict harm (at the discretion of venue management) are prohibited in our venues. Firearms are not allowed despite carry permits or licenses, including for off duty law enforcement.
Can I make a private group booking?
